I am happy to share with you the new illustrate my own - Important Things Jesus Wants Me to Know books with you - today I have three to share with you. In these books the children you love, and even your entire family, will have the opportunity to learn something very important! God had John, one of Jesus’ disciples; write the book of John and in John 21:25 he said, “Jesus also did many other things. What if every one of them were written down? I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.” Think about this! Jesus said many things, and helped many people we don’t know about, so why did God include the accounts of the time when Jesus healed the mane with leprosy, or tell about the two builders, or the lost lamb? Because He had something important He wanted us to know!
- The Man with Leprosy had a very important choice to make which would change his life in a major way! Would he choose to believe Jesus loved him enough to do the impossible or would he believe what everyone knew . . . there was no cure for leprosy? What choice would he make . . . more importantly, what choice will we make? Jesus showed the man with leprosy He loved him enough to be willing to heal him and Jesus has shown us He loves us, too! Jesus wants us to know something important . . . will we choose to believe and then give our all to show Jesus’ love to others, too? It is available on Amazon at this link for just $7.00
- The Two Builders had very important choices to make! Would they build on the firm rock or on the sand? More importantly, what choices will we make? Jesus said “Everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who builds his house on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.” Jesus wants us to know something important . . . will we listen and then live our everyday lives doing what He wants? It is available on Amazon at this link for just $7.00
- The Lost Lamb found himself in a very scary place – alone, stuck in a rock, it was almost nighttime . . . what would he do? Thankfully the Shepherd loved his little lost lamb, really loved him enough to go and look for him . . . and not give up until he found him! Jesus wants us to know something important . . . He truly loves us, rejoices when we follow Him, and rejoices when we are found as well! So, we have a choice to make . . . will we follow Jesus, or turn back to Him? It is available on Amazon at this link for just $7.00
